Sheffield is quite a big boxing city I suppose.

I've always been slightly jealous that Sheffield has produced better boxers than their rival City Nottingham. Kell Brook is my favourite prospect though, and currently my second favourite active fighter behind Froch. Naz is an all time fave of mine, and i've met Rhodes so i have big respect for your boys.


I'm Nottingham, so all i can think of is:

Carl Froch, Jason Booth (multi-weight British champ 112-121), Kirkland Laing (Duran conqueror), Jawaid Khaliq (former 147 IBO champ), Adnan Amar (current English Welterweight Champ).

I suppose we can claim the greatest bare knuckle fighter from Britain too in William 'Bendigo Thompson. Nottingham legend.
