COTTO won a fight with one eye.
Knocked him down in first and hurt him badly in sixth round.

i recommend you watch that 6th round again bro. clottey wasnt hurt in the least COTTO WAS THE ONE THAT WAS HURT when clottey exploded with a combination and cottos knees buckled. watch the fight again

Close, close fight. The SD reflected that. Also, Clottey needs to keep his ****ing head to himself; I got so pissed off when Miguel got that cut it made me glad he won.

Also, Cotto made Clottey stumble at least 3 times during that fight whereas Clottey couldn't truly hurt Miguel.

i had it 9 rounds to 3 for clottey..my score was 116-110..and i watched this thoroughly..i gave cotto round 1(obviously) round 6 and round 12..something else i would like to point out, i think one of the judges scored the 6th round a 10-8 round for cotto. well i dont see how that is possible because clottey was firing combinations back when he was in the corner..and he was landing flush shots and actually hurt cotto. but i gave that round to cotto for ring generalship and workrate...and i will repeat myself once again I WATCHED EVERY SINGLE ROUND THOROUGHLY!! the story of the fight was cotto throwing shots at clottey's guard and clottey firing back and landing the effective punches. cotto COULD of been given the 11nth round for the two left hooks he landed at the end of the round but i gave it to clottey because he controlled the round and landed more shots than cotto. if you diasagree with me, EXPLAIN why dont just say "your ******ed" blah blah..give me a reason why im wrong.

I've heard outragious scoring for this fight, but this is by far the worst.

Hey thanks for posting. I also, rewatched the fight before (prolly multiple times). Not only to score the fight thoroughly but b/c it was such a great technical battle.

I think I had it for Clottey 114 - 113 possibly up to 116-113 if I scored a couple draw rounds. However, (I'm not sure but) I believe even Compubox supports Clottey round by round. Not just like a few rounds here and there that Clottey jacked up his compubox count with.

I know Cotto is a warrior but I don't think you should score fights on who seems to have more heart. Either way, it's one of the great fights of boxing imo. Pacman will have to be a legend to runover Cotto.

Clottey was stunned on at least two different occassions in the 6th round. It started with a left hook at the 2:12 mark of the round, that caused Clottey to retreat in a corner the same exact way he did when Margarito hurt him with a left hook to the body and when Carlos Baldomir rocked him with a left hook.
