Hatton is supposed to have a good engine and not get too tired during a fight so i would be suprised if there was somthing wrong with his heart.
Maybe his illness gave a false reading but when he gets better the heart wont be a problem. There werent diagnosed before his illness afterall were they?

But if he has problems now may be he should think about it. Well he would have to wouldnt he?

The heart murmur may be a problem, considering that with the hundreds of physical exams he's had in the past it was never mentioned, assumably never existing.

A congenital heart murmur mostly means nothing important and shouldn't interfere with sports activity.
