PWill and currently Cintron have called him out first of all so he's not being 'ducked'. He just isn't getting the fights the that HE wanted. Secondly it is very hard to determine whether Cotto is done based on his last fight. He fought impaired for most of the fight and still managed to keep it competitive against a solid WW so in my opinion he still has much to offer.Comment
