Mosley is rejecting a lot of fights with other fighters as well. I don't know where people are getting this idea that Manny ducked Mosley from. As soon as Cotto beat Clottey it was pretty much determined that Pacquiao and Cotto were going to fight, and it was only then Mosley started getting desperate to fight Manny. Mosley was trying to make a fight with a guy that already had a fight being made.

Cotto isn't a step back tho or he maybe if he loses to Pac, but Mosley would own Cotto if he brings the right gameplan this time and ****m to the party. Specially if 37 yr old Shane only lost a close UD, he would probably have Cotto crying "No mas" by round 6
