i dont know maybe some body here can explain this to me..
if for any reason... cotto drops the belt...
could it be a title belt fight? i mean.. i pack beats him.. hes the champ... even if cotto had dropped the belt?? just dont understand very well the rules.. of how it would go with that scenario
pac can win it but cotto can't keep it though he defends it.
it'll be like the opposite of zab-baldomir. in that fight zab lost but he kept his belts because baldomir didn't pay the fees.Comment

if cotto doesn't want to pay the sanctioning fees , pac can pay it and it'll be a title fight still but cotto won't be able to keep the belt.

for the 1st time i agree with pink in the stink there is no way hbo or top rank allow a superfight of this magnitude to be fought without a title on the line. thats just bad marketingComment

This is bull****. The fight should be at 47' or Cotto should vacate to teach Packy some manners.Comment

don't tell people i said that though. calling it a tuneup is the easiest way to piss off animalistic and them.Comment

Top Rank and HBO can't do **** in this situation. Either they meet Cotto's demands of 147 or give him a bigger split of the purse. If they do that Cotto will put his belt on the line and this will be history.Comment

the casual fans are always more interested if you say its for a "world championship"Comment
