I think the ibf is vacant and they dont even have Cotto rated in the top 10...So would that work?

I hope, pray the title is on the line because NO WAY pacman taking that title away from Cotto. If mosley and clottey could not beat cotto, no way pacman will beat him. Will it be a tough, good fight? HELL YEA ! But pacman has never tasted a tougher opponent than cotto...barerra, morales, marquez, hatton....ok, forget hatton or oscar....no opponent pacman has fought shells it out like cotto.

Bu...bu...uut it's a fight taking place within the WW weight limit. How could this travesty possibly be considered a title fight?

Cotto holds more of the chips imo.
                why?

cotto just doesn't want to pay the sanctioning fees.

it's not like he doesn't want to give pac the chance to win it.

they'll work something out where he either pays the sanctioning fees or arum or even pacquiao does.

no way this isn't a title fight. i don't care either way but top rank and hbo does.

they want this fight to be a "championship" fight for promotional purposes.

it would be better for miguel that it's not a title fight...those 2 extra rounds when he's already sucking for air might be too much

“No matter what happens, I assure you that this will be a WBO welterweight title fight. End of story.”
WBO can suck my ****. If Cotto wants to vacate the belt he can do it and leave the WBO with no money! Just trie it Valcarcel so Cotto and his lawyer **** all over your punk ass.
