I have something to say about Carl Froch

Many people say things like, "He got lucky against Taylor"

    Look closer at this please.

Point 1. He was fighting in front of a hostile crowd, he has alvays been a nervy fighter who takes time to warm up.

Point 2. Taylor only won early rounds. The reason why he won these rounds is because he went nuts and went all out at Froch. Had he conserved his stamina, and fought a slower, paced fight then he would of got smashed like he did in the final rounds. I personally think Taylor got lucky that his stamina lasted so LONG and he didnt gas and get iced earlier.

Point 3. Taylor is a very good skill boxer with a good chin, he is FAR superior to the likes of Dirrell, a chinny Hype who has never left america and never fought anyone decent.

I have to say about point 2.........Taylor didn't go all out at all IMO,he actually kept a slow pace and slowed himslef down.Plus Taylor is a terrible finisher.

A good finisher would have finished Froch.

the only reason why taylor won the early rounds was because he went all out on froch??..ummmm no he just outboxed him. your acting like he went mike tyson on froch. he was fighting a pretty slowpaced fight with his jab and countering. he was countering almost everything froch threw at him including froch's jab.

Yep. I agree. Taylor was in control at one point. Bt he never could finish well, except for maybe the second Hopkins fight. But, you can't completely rule out Dirrell, just because he hasn't been tested doesn't mean that he's not up to it. It means just that, he "HASN'T BEEN TESTED!"

This is what i'm saying though he didn't "get lucky"

He knew Taylor would tire, he knew Taylor couldnt hold the pace and that if he was still there after round 8 he could win the fight. He even said so before the fight, over and over again.

Did Taylor learn? did he fight a smart fight and conserve his stamina? no he went all out like a moron and ended up like this.

And another thing, not every fighter can fight as well as Taylor did in those early rounds.

Jean Pascall the current Light Heavyweight champion is a much better fighter than Dirrell and Froch beat him, although froch was dumb and fought his fight.

Like i said Froch is growing on me but im just not totally convinced yet...

Yeah Froch could of lost, by like 1 or 2 points, but again not many fighters will be as good as what Taylor was. I think that was actually a good version of Taylor, he beat b-hop twice remember.

Pascall fought a ****** fight with froch???

It was Froch who got drawn in you mupett, Froch was winning that fight easily when he used the jab.

And Taylor did go all out, hence why there was no oxygen in the arena past round 5.
