Floyd is small at WW, we all know that... but it is still WW.

The thing that matters is what they weigh at the official weigh in. That's the rules.
      Glad you understand

I'll also admit, like S.G said, fighters would look to have an advantage.

          Cool.

It also devalues a fight that could have been a great win to a mediocre one. Of course the value of a win for JMM is on the other hand vastly improved.

I think it is without doubt a B class win. I understand the size advantage Floyd has but JMM is still a top p4per and a win over him will add value to Floyd's resume.

Its not up there with the De la Hoya, Hatton, Corrales and Castillo wins IMO, but it isn't too far off.

The size difference is a reality, but Marquez is a world class fighter. So to me, it is an A-level win. But I want to see Mayweather go on and do more meaningful things if he beats JMM like fight Shane Mosley or even Paul Williams and not just go into retirement.

So if JMM is an A-class win what grade would you give a win over SSM, Cotto or Williams?
