    I certainly hope not.
Its all subjective though DM was the linear champ. Every single one of Jones belts really belonged to DM.

Facts guys: Roy Jones kicked ass. Even though he didn't kick the right ass at times, and even though he took his time kicking ass, he was doing exactly what he wanted to everytime he stepped in the ring, and I respect him for being his own man and boxing on his own terms. I watch his fights because of the same reasons i watch Ali and Gatti and Mayweather. Jones and the previously mentioned fighters do things that i've never seen before, and that no one else can do. Anorak, when you were bored with the kelly fight, was it because Roy was too good? well fine, people get bored with the past mayweather fights too because of the same reason. They're one sided contests not because of handpicked opponents but bcause of sheer differences in talent. But i don't hold anything against Roy for being the best. Mayweather says he's letting himself get hit now to create excitement; i think that's the ******est thing i've ever heard in my life. Roy knew what he was doing, and his success and money are proof of that.
Jones lost his arrogance and confidence after Tarver 2, maybe 1. He found out that he didn't intimidate, he was vulnerable, he was a target. I'm not gonna give him the excuse that he got old and slowed down that everyone else is giving him. He still has the same skills, you could see them in the forty five scattered seconds that he actually chose to fight Johnson. But he lost because he no longer believes in himself. the arrogance and confidence is what i want back, and if he gets it back, then he can continue to fight. but i don't think he will. which is sad because great fighters like that don't come around very often.
