You suck man. Why should Cotto put his belt that he won at 147 on the line for a fight at 145 when he's ALREADY making less money?!?!? HELL NO! Manny wants more money, fine. He wants the fight at a BS catchweight, then NO BELT!

the rest of his fights are going to be to his favor..

Still a divisional rule.............catchweights are personal rules to make the fight even. Anything at 141 to 147 is welterweight. Pacquiao has fought several times at 3 pounds below the limit....does that not make it a divisional fight? Check out his superbantam and featherweight fights. He is almost always below the limit of 122 and 126.

But Cotto don't have that option to decide himself it was decided by another (the opponent).

                WW Rules: 141 to 147

                Pac rules 0 to 145

eveb though is a slight change in the rules it's still a change

and it should also say the welterweight limit is 147, so a limit of 145 is a change in the rule is it not? You shouldn't be allowed to change rules and still fight for the belt.

If you have followed Pac's career you would have known that he's been tricked so many times of the money the deserves when he was just starting. Think Murad Muhammad....now it's his turn to do what he wants...he deserved and earned it. If Cotto beats Pac, it will be Miguel's turn to get "greedy" in the public's/fan's eyes. It's Human Nature.

                      So the question is:

Why Pac wants Cotto to weight 2 to 4 pounds less for his Title defense?
                      ANyone?
