I didnt know a weight class must be fought at its heaviest limit , all those fighters that have weighed in below the absolute limit in the past should be stripped according to you lot lol ,,,,,,, if Cotto gets beaten below 147 the winner should get any WW titles he holds ,, thats how its always been a belt is yours untill somebody beats you in your weight class how can you still be WW WC when you got beat inside the weight class thats bull**** ,,, Cotto can not use weight as a legitimate non title reason especially as its only 2 pounds of the heaviest a WW can be , he can only use the money side in that his title is worth more than he is getting .

Look, this isn't McDonalds, "Have it your way". Pacquiao got his split and his weight to, Cotto hasn't had any say on anything and he's the damn champion here, the least Pacquiao could do is agree on is 147, that right there would be worthy of the belt.
