A tough question to answer. I think the better question would be...why would I want to see Floyd face all those fighters you've mentioned?

I'm a boxing fan and I would simply love to see competitive matchups again. The best facing off against the best in there respective divisions. Win or lose, I would end up respecting both fighters(hope Floyd is reading), because I would have witnessed two men willing to test themselves against the other. That is how you earn respect. You don't earn respect by crying on a podium claiming you want to retire, because no one respects how you ply your craft. We all loved Arturo Gatti because he gave his blood, sweat and tears literally for our enjoyment and he made the sport something beautiful to watch. Floyd for all his talents has yet to capture the public's attention the way SRL and Ali did. For one he lacks the charm and intelligence and seems highly insecure, but I'm not Dr.Phil, I'll let you decide.


To get back to your question...I think Floyd would beat Cotto if he boxed him the same way he did Baldomir. I think Mosley would be his toughest fight because Mosley can take a punch, apply pressure and hits hard enough to get your respect. I think Paul Williams is a tall order for anyone(pun intended), the volume of punches he'd throw would mean that Floyd would have to be thinking and reacting all night and something tells me a few of those punches would find there way home from Paul. I go with Paul by decision.
