99.9% of the time, the skill level is several degrees below the best of other divisions. P4P factors accomplishment, but this isn't who are the ten most accomplished fighters in the sport. If everyone was the same size, Wlad would be retired already.

So basically you're saying we all realize he's that good but he has to earn it...but these aren't divisional ratings. Why delay the inevitable?

I suspect that a P4P nominee is required to have multiple weight title. Which means that a sole HW or a sole Flyweight has less chances of being rated P4P.
