You say that but Margorito fought a better fight and won pretty devastatingly in the only fight they had. He shouldn't be discredited for winning, plus if you put so much stock into Cotto's skills what does it say that Margorito beat him about Marg's skills? You can't discredit Margorito without taking away from Cotto and that is just simple logic.

rewatch the fight man.... cotto was punishing him up until the 8 round then all of the sudden ... something changed, somehow even though margarito was getting outclassed by a much more skilled cotto, .... then something hardened... errrr changed.... whateva we may never know, my feeling is that the win wasn't legit... but i'm not gonna fight an uphill battle.... hopefully they'll rematch
