Given the fact that Margo wasn't banned from fighting for no reason, who knows how many times He's used loaded gloves? So i would say no. Nobody has ever beaten Cotto so badly. A boxer MUST know when he's getting hit with something other than a normal glove.

I would have given any fighter credit to do what Cotto did and take a kneee before getting seriously damaged. Did Cotto take a knee during the Clottey fight? And that was a really nasty gash that required 28 stitches. But he didn't quit because he knew Clotteys gloves weren't loaded. That's my 2¢.
