I am not dissing Cotto and/or hyping Margarito, I'm just stating a fact that Margarito won the fight fair and square. Remember Margarito is innocent until proven guilty.

rewatch the fight man.... cotto was punishing him up until the 8 round then all of the sudden ... something changed, somehow even though margarito was getting outclassed by a much more skilled cotto, .... then something hardened... errrr changed.... whateva we may never know, my feeling is that the win wasn't legit... but i'm not gonna fight an uphill battle.... hopefully they'll rematch

The answer is simple Cotto blew his whole physical and mental load early and seen that his very best shots didnt hurt the man at all, he was gassed from throwing so much and he was walked down and broken to the point that he quit. Theres no better proof than the actual fight itself. the plater isn't an issue being that nothing was discovered and Cotto's team felt so good they didn't even bother to check.

I'll say the same thing. If Cotto wins over Pacquiao, you won't hear any excuses from me and I'll admit to all Cotto fans that he's a better fighter.

But for now my opinion stays, Margarito triumph over Cotto was legit until he's proven otherwise by a commission that he cheated.
