As much as I respect Cotto, and as much as I love rooting for the underdog(which i know Cotto will be) I've learned one rule when it comes to a Pac fight: Never bet against Pacman. & I know that he will win this one.

Finally, the deal is sealed. The fight will be great but I think what people will have to say or not have to say after the fight will be just as great, lol.

People will be suprised about the non-competitiveness of this fight. Cotto has too many things working against him. That cut probably won't be fully healed by the time the fight comes off, and even if it does, I wouldn't be suprised to see it opened up again by a head clash given the fact that Pacquiao is a Southpaw. A punch could re-open it too. And I don't know how much Emmanuel Steward can really help Cotto. He usually does his best work with tall fighters.

It will be an awesome war from start to finish. It's still nice to see how much hate Cotto gets and hearing people say his skills are declining and that he didn't look good against Clottey... forgeting he fought with one eye badly cut from the start and didn't complain a second... If you're gonna hate please, do so with a good arguement and not with bull****.. Not saying he'll absolutely win but I can't say Pacquiao is either, the fight could go either way, both of them are amazing fighters.. We'll have to wait and see..

The fight should've been at 147, not 145. He fought oscar at 147 and he made him quit. Why this fight should be any different? just my opinion.
I agree with you...PACQUIAO should have fought him at 147 so that they would fight for COTTO'S belt and if PAC pulls it off, he would be the only boxer to win a title in seven division. Now at 145lbs, COTTO was at 146 for the Clottey fight, plus COTTO won't make the mistake of not rehydrating properly. No disrespect to COTTO but he better be able to go all twelve rounds none stop, unlike Clottey who took breaks, PACQUIAO is going to be doing a FILIPINO LINE DANCE on COTTO, before catching him with his right HOOKES AND HIS LEFT HOOKES (sounding ala PACQUIAO).

Cotto will be send to dreamland on fight night...

Pacman can easily win this one just like the way he beats Hitman...

Cotto is a dead man in front of Pacman on fight night.

DLH threw hooks to his body and failed, the HITMAN threw a bunch of hooks to his body and failed...PACQUIAO just doesn't stand there long enough for COTTO to land his signature body shots....PACQUIAO is going to do the filipino line dance on COTTO before letting COTTO do the chicken dance in the 10 or 11th round....Its gonna be a hard fight, but i don't see it any more difficult than the DLH AND HATTON FIGHTS...will just last longer than both...

I think Arum and De La Hoya are eventually going to go back to hating each other. You know each promoter will take turns bashing each of the big fights they've got going on. And I wonder what Emmanuel Steward is going to say on 24/7 if he is going to train Cotto. It will be funny to hear him say how one-dimensional he thinks Pacquiao is. He would be a good addition to the show even though he has appeared on a lot of the Countdown shows even giving opinions as an analyst of fights he's not involved in where being a trainer is concerned.

I respect your comment and points and I agree with you..I AM A DIEHARD PACQUIAO fan and do have love and respect for COTTO, but Cotto seems to fade in the later rounds and is not fast enough. I just see it that all the advantage is on PACQUIAO'S side. He moves too much for COTTO to land his big body shots...now if COTTO does pull it, it won't surprise me, but my gut feeling is towards PACQUIAO.
