As of right now , Berto has one of the Major belts, and is fighting very good opposition because the contenders ranked for the WBC are good or great fighters. If Berto can make 10 Defenses with the WBC, then he will get all the respect in the world.

Steve Forbes and Juan Urango are good or great fighters? I didnt realise they were even welterweights.

I guess Joe shouldve looked a couple divisions down since thats what seems to impress you.

You know me by now...I'm not Joe's biggest fan on here (far from it)..cant stand his style of boxing but I gotta give him a due....True..the WBO isnt the most well known belt...I'll give you that...I do see your point thought...he could have done a hell of a lot better with his resume...I think with him skipping out on a Johnson fight is one of many reason I just wasnt a big fan of his...I'm starting to change my tone now you say something about it...I'm trying to be fair here with him but that about all I can do for him because he's the only one to blame for his career for being like that.

And the thing is, Calzaghe could still fight for a couple more years, but he knows if that "0" is off his record, then his whole "EUROPEAN" legacy would be shattered.

If they are number one Contenders then they are good fighters. And those two are good fighters, but not great at all. If i showed you Calzaghed title run, up and down, you'd get showed up like the punk ***** you are. Berto is YOUNG still and already has Collazo on his Resume to, which is a Very good win.
