He gave some good shots, and he took some good shots. Sparring is supposed to prepare you for the fight, and not be a once sided beatdown.
For all we know that could have been Khans 10th round of sparring. Freddie Roach switches sparring partners after 2-3 rounds so his opponent would have been fresh.
Some people just can't wait to see a young, talented fighter, fail. It's pretty sad that these people call themselves fans of boxing.
right im a fan of khan, but seriously do you think he takes them shots without the headgear? and anyways he took more than he landed
Nope, that already happened to Khan. People are just being realistic, no boxer is fast enough to protect such a fragile chin.
Nope, you are one of those people.
Khan lost to Prescott, but he never gave up, and he is trying to build himself back up and improve with Freddie Roach. He should be applauded for that. After such a devastating defeat he would have been in the ring with Barrera, and Kotelnik, so the guy is taking risks in such an early stage of his career. He would have been well within rights to go back to beating domestic opposition for a year or so. Instead he is testing himself at the top. The fact that he fights on after having such a weak chin is fantastic.
na the baby giraffe did come out once
i worry for khan, his chin is just so fragile
i would say he was weight drained because he has been fighting at the same weight since he was 17, but he was doing the chicken dance in the ams with headgear on so i doubt thats the cause of his problems, although he looks very dry in his fights
