What advantage does Calzaghe have over a prime Toney? Sure people will say "depends on which Toney" but I'm talking about the focused one. What advantage would Calzaghe have?

Drake Thadzi outworked Toney so its possible but that was not a 100% inshape Toney.

Inshape Toney beats Calzaghe clearly, but an under conditioned Toney got outworked by Thadzi and Tiberi, so its possible that Calzaghe could win, however both on thier best nights Calzaghe is not good enough.

Outworking doesn't mean **** if you don't land...well...it's not supposed to.

This is some new ****...just "outwork" your opponent..you don't have to land(if you're a euro fighter) just flap your arms like a drowning chicken

I dont think 175 was the best years Toney had. It was sort of like how Molsey lost to Forrest twice in a row and looked bad until he faced Vargas.

In Toney's case id agree but i think Shane just met two guys that were too much for him stylistically.

The point I was making (which flew over your head) is that I believe the people who are picking Toney are doing it based on merit, not where he's from.

Yes. Styles make fights. Toney beating Reggie Johnson doesnt mean you'll beat Calzaghe. But you knew that.
