this is done to death people have pretty different views, because there are more americans toney generally has a slight voting edge.

What does nationality have to do with it? I keep seeing people bring it up...but its never Americans. Maybe (gasp!) they think Toney would win?

simply because americans a) rate their fighters more or b) have seen more of toney than joe.
