Wouldn't Mallinaggi be better off moving down to 135 permanently?

He just happenhd to be feather fisted do to multiple surgerys on his hands. he have weak hands now, so he has to punch with half his power, so he dont break them.

Like Ch@mp said, it ain't about him having to move down, he has very fragile hands, punches with about 60% of his power. I'm sure if he could move down to 135 he would, but he ain't that little. Although if Khan can make 135, Paulie should be able to, atleast I think.
