I'm no fan of Floyd as of late but "beating his last two opponents easier" is not the whole story. What matters is Floyd got to them first and beat them. How Manny handled Hatton was very impressive, but the DLH fight well, DLH looked like a corpse before the fight even began. DHL at least had some life in him when he fought Floyd.

Styles also have to be considered. Floyd is not a brawler. He is a technician so most of his fights will not look devastating. He is calculating and takes his time.

I don’t know why everyone is in denial, Floyd’s skill offense/defense is unmatched in the sport in my opinion, the way he adjusts and his ability to outsmart/frustrate his opponent is amazing.
Let’s get a few things straight.
The DLH that fought Floyd would've whopped almost anyone’s else's azz that night, he wasn’t washed up..He was awesome, but Floyd was better. DLH even said he doesn’t know how what made him stop throwing his jab which was very effective? Floyd made him switch up..
He handed an undefeated Hatton his ass so greatly, made the boy look like an amateur, Hatton said he felt like a NOVICE in the ring with Floyd, that was easy work for Floyd.
Fact:
Floyd will...Hand Cotto his azz(who i think didn’t really beat by clottey)
Pacman will be embarrassed if/when he fights Floyd..

That's what I thought. I saw it a long time ago but didn't remember.
De La Hoya weighed 160, so that's a 12LB difference at a weight
Floyd hadn't fought in prior to Oscar and De La Hoya was champ there
knocking out the bigger Mayorga and Floyd fought and beat Oscar
at his comfortable weight for YEARS! Manny out weighed Oscar
the night of the fight by 1lb but still was the stronger fighter.
Manny looked spectacular in that fight but we all thought Oscar
was coming in with some vigor in him. I'm not trying to say
who was more impressive or not because like a poster previoulsy
said, Floyd fought and beat them first no matter how, he did it.
My gripe is that if Manny can make 147 how come he is not getting
at Cotto and needs a catch weight when he has already fought there
COMFORTABLY?
