Anyways, on the surface Abraham would seem to give Taylor the same problems, but I don't think he will.

Abraham fights sporadically, and Winky threw a ton in that fight. Not only that Winky stuck a jab, from a southpaw stance, in Taylor's face all night and backed him up and came forward. Abraham, from what I've seen, doesn't really come forward with a jab, and would rather explode with a series of hard counterpunches.

I'm just worried Taylor will try and load up to break through his guard, like he did with Winky at times.
Whether or not it happens with Taylor, I'm sure at some point in this tournament, someone will realize it does NOT make sense to **** away on Abraham's guard. In fact it is the worst possible plan of attack. Any fighter who ****s on Abraham's guard as though Abraham is a heavy bag will be in deep trouble.

Exactly. I'm pretty sure everyone has a longer reach that Abe, and trying to bust through it will suck them in close, and giving up an advantage.

Not to mention it could get them knocked out.

As much as i like Taylor, I'm afraid to say I'm sure AA will win. Taylor seems to have just lost his hunger or something. Too bad..he's a likeable guy and was really good at one time. I like his style too. He's cool to watch. I like the way he moves....very graceful and coordinated...kinda rythmic.

I had the exact same score. And before I was even a mad fan of Jermain. I felt that was the most worthy fight to be scored a draw I had seen.

Winky threw 335 jabs in that fight, which is really what gave Taylor problems. You want to bother Taylor? Jab. Winky was really the first one to do it effectively. Then Pavlik. And then Froch, to an extent, in the last half of their fight.

AA is NOT going to throw 335 jabs. I doubt he even throws 135 jabs.

Taylor can win this fight. He can even kayo AA as Abraham has been wobbled in his last 2 fights. And that was against middleweights.

Of course AA was weight drained and it just might be that AA's old super iron jaw returns as he gains weight. Or it might not.

It's a great matchup and anything can happen. I back Taylor though.

Taylor can't KO Abraham, he hasn't had a tko in over 5 years and has never actually KO anyone in his whole career. That and he is getting worse as time goes on.

If taylor were to win it would be a decision and that won't happen either, his stamina sucks and his heart is in question. It amazes me how people are still so confident about Taylor.

Abraham by brutal KO, it will be a highlight shot.

Who will win? Can Taylor bounce back from his loss to Froch?
either AA stops taylor late, or he wins a UD in Germany. taylor will have to go for the KO. taylor has as much chance winning in Germany against AA as Mosley does winning in MSG against cotto.

Stop believing everything you read on boxrec and go watch some of his earlier fights. He laid a couple guys out flat.

Anyone who believes Taylor doesn't have concussive power is a moron. Go ask Pavlik and Froch how hard Taylor hits.

Will he KO Abraham? Unlikely considering AA has shown a solid chin in most of his fights, especially against Miranda, but considering he's also looked stunned by both Simon and Oral in his last two fights... never say never.

If Taylor gets KOed again, he may not want to continue in the tournament. He's been stopped in 2 of his past 4, and lost 3 of his past 4.
