Most likely not. The 145 catchweight is also a factor. I guess he needs to fight mosley for the number 1 spot. But what is sure is Miguel would very much go down from the rankings. As of now, it is still debatable that the rightful number 1 WW is between Mosley and Cotto. If pac defeats cotto, Mosley would surely have the number 1 status.
