IMO, anything is possible for pacman. however, he cannot be considered the best welterweight if the fight with cotto is not at welterweight. he would have to fight cotto at 147, and clearly beat him to overtake mosley as the best current wlterweight. this catchweight **** is wrong IMO, it should be at 147 or 140. simplesssssssss.
