and, he would not be considered a top WW because he makes ppl go to 145. last time i checked that's not a weightclass.

Well, first of all. The fight isn't at the welterweight limit, so no. Secondly, Mosley is the number 1 right now anyway.

That is what exactly what it is, a limit. It does not state that you have to fight at 147 at ww.
