Early rounds will be the deciding factor. If manny gets to the 5th its a doen deal.

Man, all you think about is SIZE. That's not everything in boxing ok? Please understand that. It's not like Pacman is just going to sit right in front of cotto and not move his head or feet and allow cotto to pound on him. If that's what you think then you're going to be disappointed.

There is a lot of skill involved in this fight. This isn't going to be a brawl. Skill vs skill. Cotto will not be able to bulldoze over a guy like manny, he's too fast for that. Sure, cotto might win but it wont be a walk in the park, I mean pacquiao isn't pound 4 pound #1 for no reason.

All thoughout history, time and time again, there have been examples of little fast guys beating bigger stronger guys. Leonard (147) vs Hagler (160), Pacquiao vs Oscar, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.

        1. That will be your first excuse when Cotto beats Pac right there his size.

        2. Please dont even metion Leonards win against Hagler in the same sentece with Manny vs DLH, **** is ridiculous!!!!!!

duh? Cotto is fighting guys that others don't want to fight. Pacman is fighting guys that don't belong with welterweights. Yes, most of them are VERY, GOOD/GREAT lightweights/featherweights but pacman will be fighting a young boxer with very good jab and a punch to the body that is vicious. The vicious shot might not show against good fighters but the skills are still there. There has been fights where mosley, lewis, leonard, tyson, ali have good ok, not great but ok. Every good fighter has good/bad wins.

I agree that early rounds are the factor, but I think if it gets past the 5th it's Cotto's to take. The longer it goes that probably means that Cotto is sticking his jab and wearing Manny down. Manny will come out guns-a-blazing in the beginning when Cotto won't be able to deal with his speed. As the fight unfolds, if Cotto doesn't get too hurt in the beginning, I think he'll wear Manny down.

NOPE.....unlike others i'm giving 150% props to pacman if he wins... and i'll still support cotto in future fights. Did i think cotto should've fought clottey....nope. Did i think cotto would beat margarito? a little. I still give my props and support my boxer.

That's a good possibility, but I am basing my assumption on the fact that Cotto's stamina isn't the greatest, were as many fights just as hard late as he does early. Also I have noticed that Cotto's power diminishes later in fights.

dude what fight were you watchin. hatton won some of the rounds prior to the KO. if there's anyone who tore up hatton more, it would be pac. he hasnt lost ANY round in his last 3 fights.
