Bob Arum offered Floyd 8 Mil to fight Margarito. Don't know
where you got 10 Mil from? Floyd would have fought Margarito
but wanted a 10 Mil guarantee on fights with Hatton/Cotto and a
Mega Fight with Oscar De La Hoya for 20 Mil and Arum didn't
want to deliver. Floyd already had the fight in play with Zab,
the then UNDISPUTED WW Champion. Note the fight with Zab
    was before the Margarito offer.

Was this the post you meant?

Also, Floyd is coming back after 2 years to fight a 130lb. fighter that he made come up to 144 when he calls himself a WW. You don't see nothing wrong with that? I don't see what's the problem with getting "tagged" as you say because the sport is boxing not table tennis. You are there to fight and survive and Cotto has done just that! The only reason Clottey "tagged" him with the right so often is because of the cut caused by that ""ACCIDENTAL"" headbutt. I bet you anything that if Floyd got cut like that, he would've gone to the cards on the 5th rd. knowing he was ahead in the cards which Cotto didn't do and fought his heart out. take the blind fold out of your Floyd-loving eyes man!
Yes, he did fight Margarito but what happened? HE LOST! I think
someone else had touched on the issue in regards to the Margarito/Clottey belt situation. Floyd is coming back after 2 YEARS! of inactivity
fighting a TOP fighter! Cotto came back 7 months after the Margarito
thrashing and fought a gift fight in Michael Jennings instead of
fighting Paul Williams for his title that he won VACANT when he could
have fought Paul for it who COULD NOT get a fight at 147? YES
fighters do get tagged and punched in the ring BUT in almost EVERY
MAJOR fight Cotto has been hurt, wobbled or out on his fight.
IF Cotto was all that like people claim he is SKILL WISE, he would
be more dominant in fights against guys like Margarito/Clottey instead
of guys like Gomez/Jennings (Please don't use the plaster excuse
because I'm talking about skills) PLUS if Plaster did play a factor in
the Cotto fight how come Paul Williams/ Joshua Clottey didn't get
beat like that? Cotto was/is a better fighter than Margarito and
from the opening bell didn't show that. Anyways, past is the past
lets see how this Pacquiao/Cotto fight shapes out. I think that
        match up is about even.

If JMM beats PBF, which by the way will be a non championship fight it will be JMM biggest victory, more bigger than any title fights that he has fought for. Am I wrong for saying that???? Hell no!!!!

So if Cotto beats Pacman with no title involved and then he fights the winner of PBF and JMM and wins a non title fight will you still discredit him because it was not for a title?? Come on you can do better than that!!!!

And to answer your question, No i don't see nothing wrong with Cotto not
winning titles in different divisions. He has won and defended titles in the 2 divisions that he has fought (140 and 147) he had only 1 fight at 135 and it was his 4th fight as pro.

Do you see something wrong with Marvin Hagler winning and defending his titles for his whole 14 year career in one division (160)????

Most of these fighters that run thru different division start earlier in pro boxing while Cotto grew more in to his body as an amateur were he even fought Ivan Calderon (105 and 108 lb champ), therefore when he turned pro his body had grew and developed more than boxers that start in pro when their body is still growing.
No I don't see nothing wrong with that but the key
thing in this question is WINNING and defending.
Cotto hasn't WON ANY TITLE FROM A DEFENDING
CHAMPION IN HIS WHOLE CAREER! There is
          something wrong with that.

This sounds like a big ass excuse. I'm telling you straight up! Cotto
could go on to beat Pacquiao or whoever in a non title fight BUT if
he doesn't win any titles by beating the current champion he will not
be considered all that great by Boxing historians bottom line. You
may think he's great along with a whole bunch of Cotto fans but that
will be about it. When people mention Oscar/Mosley/Floyd/Manny
what do they always attached them to? WINNING TITLES IN
DIFFERENT DIVISIONS from the actual champion. Miguel Cotto
will be remembered as a good fighter but not a great one.

No Pacquiao is not tired. He will not stop until he beats every weight drained fighter out there. Is sad but Pacquiao resume will have * when he retires.

You can't weight drained everyone Pacquiao. This needs to stop Pacquiao.
