can one of you fine gentlemen be so kind and explain to me how BHop would surely beat Roy? IMO, that's a very winnable fight for Roy being that Bernard doesn't posses the workrate to really trouble him at this point. Yeah, he's crafty, uses illegal tactics without ever getting caught but Roy's no amateur himself. I'd love to see this fight.

IMO pavlik's too predictable and too inexperienced to be able to stop roy, he might be able to discourage him with power shots and win via decision (mostly based on workrate)

i give froch a better chance from what ive seen of him, he seems real durable - i doubt today's roy can get him outta there

The thing that makes me write off Roy Jones when pressure fighters with pop are concerned, is that he has no legs left at all, and he chooses to stay in front of his opponents with his guard up. Doing that against people with better workrates, chins, and power than you is disastrous seeing that Jones has been KOed cold twice already, and one of them wasn't really a big puncher.

Also the only fight Pavlik looked bad in was against Hopkins, and that is because Hopkins gave him nothing to work with. Roy doesn't do that.

Jones Vs Hopkins is reasonable...Fighting the **** Boyz is just an outrage, theres no way even as a die hard Roy fan that he should be fighting in on Espn Classic at 4pm, unless it's a Roy Jones marathon of his past fights. All jokes aside, Jones cannot be serious about moving up to heavy again. Only fight up there for him is James Toney rematch.
