I don't think it is a matter of Kessler being a bum or not wanting fights. It's a matter of Kessler's promotional company is completely messing with his career.

im conflicted over these news. the tourney gets better since bute is a far better and more relevent fighter than kessler imo, but on the other hand kessler wont get exposed for what he is and ppl will keep overrating him and act like hes a great fighter based on nothing. im not a hater, i dont wish certain fighters get their ass whupped. but i want fighters to prove themselfs. win lose or draw i want to see him prove himself. its step up time. this guy getting ranked as a top 168lber based on a loss to calzaghe and wins against andrade and beyer isnt enough no more.

This tourney looks good on paper BUT it'll never go down as planned. 2 many promoters,personalities,networks and fighters. Plus what if someone wants more money or gets injured or feels that they got a raw deal with the judges? Also this won't finish till late 2011 that's 2 long!

i agree with you, this thing won't go down without a hitch but im gonna enjoy it while it lasts because some big fights are to be made

it'd be interesting to know whats happening with mandatories and other such obligations. have they been put on hold until the tourney finishes or are the fighters willing to let the belts go and just find out who is the no.1 SMW?

you really think SHUTTING OUT andrade isnt worth anything???? so bute shouldnt be a top 168er either then dumbass! and obviously if beating him is nothing, andrade himself shouldnt be in it. who the hell should be then genius!!!
