From a fan of the sport it make it more compelling if he beats the guy who beats the guy. To my knowledge Diaz wasn't that guy, he fought a blown up Moralas who was on the decline of his career. DE LA was a dehydrated old man. that's what the consensus is, it doesn't make for a good fight... he dispatched them with ease like he is supposed to.

I think it's not too hard to dig up old posts on here and any other boxing site where people had DeLahoya over PAC by bloody murder due to the huge size difference. Everyone already knew ODH's best was behind him, but most non biased people still had him beating Manny by KO.

So, no. When you say "he dispatched them with ease like he is supposed to." He actually surprised most of everyone by stopping him.
