DE LA was a dehydrated old man. that's what the consensus is, it doesn't make for a good fight... he dispatched them with ease like he is supposed to.

DE LA and DIAZ I would consider gatekeeper champs the weakest representation in their division at that time. is it clean now?
Nobody but idiots base pac's greatness on these 2 fights.

Larry merchant proposed a dlh vs pac fight.

Pac/Diaz was just to get pac within range of a dlh fight.

Pac/dlh was just a payday win or lose, although pac did go into that fight a huge underdog.

And Mosley is the guy who beat the guy... why fight Cotto cause he is considered by Roach to be an easier fight... or am i wrong?
I dunno why ur crying so much, pac isn't gonna beat cotto anyways.

        1. Diaz was a tune up for pac's first fight at 135. promoted by top rank. he was suppose to fight pac even before the marquez fight.

        2. De La Hoya vs Pacquiao was considered a circus match. Few people gave pacquiao a chance. pacquiao would have been heavily favored againts the likes of nate or juan. in the oscar fight, he was the heavy underdog

        3. Cotto is also a top rank fighter. makes the match easier to make. if pac chose to fight mosley, people will say that he fight old past prime fighters. now he's fighting a younger, stronger guy who's only loss is with a cheating piece of ****.

          1) Diaz fight was a tune up i agree.

          2) I knew Pac would mop the floor with him you could see De La dropping off way prior. i mean look at the Steve Forbs fight he couldn't even KO a smaller immobile guy who was in front of him fer 12 rounds.

I don't quite agree with 3 but see what you mean. It would look like he was going for older fighters to demolish. I hope Cotto shows up this fight pre Plasterio and makes it a good one. I think this one will be fight of the year.

sorry markbnlv, this is a fail...i thought you watched boxing? this isnt the old days where fighters have bouts 3 times a week

nate campbell's biggest win is juan diaz and juan diaz is still trying to learn how NOT to wig out when getting cut

as for casa, really dude? really???....you really think that PAC not whooping on the 108year old cuban makes him less of a fighter?

            fail bro....try again
