Goosen would have to pony up over 10 mil to get Shane in the ring. If Mosley is being demanded to be in a risky fight by the fans, then at least let him be paid worth his while, sheesh. That 3m is insulting. I'd rather Mosley got in there with Clottey to be honest. It makes perfect sense after Cotto's struggle with him and it keeps Shane busy with a high profile bout.

I do think it's a little bit light. But you have to remember it's an initial offer. Shane Mosley will probably get more than that if he accepts negotiations. Mosley needs to step up to the plate. And I'm saying that as one of his fans. Berto doesn't deserve a fight with Mosley as much as Paul Williams does, because he barely sc****d by Collazo and Williams dominated Winky Wright. And if Mosley beat Clottey, people would discredit the victory and say he beat a fighter coming off a loss.
