I would say Cotto is the better fighter too, but its not a blowout. I mean, when Vargas beat him, Quartey was a VERY quality fighter.

better than any win Cotto ever had, imo. yep, better than his win over Mosley.

but overall, Cotto has the better career.

Cotto is just a new buzz hype.

Vargas is better than Cotto. If they fought prime vs prime Vargas would win Cotto.

If Tito had hard time to crack him down and Tito is much more powerful puncher than Cotto ever will be. So imagine if Vargas coming foward and not effected by Cotto's punchs that much.

People who been watching boxing for some time would know how good is Vargas but for people who just recently watched boxing would say Cotto is better.

Pacquiao was beat by Morales and Marquez IMO.. so how are they unbeatable?

Vargas comp was great. Cotto is not done. The question is who faced better comp? Vargas right now but Cotto is not done. The question is not who lost or who won, it's simply who faced better comp. Cotto still has not retired so we can't end this discussion here. When Cotto retires, bring back this thread, until then, I have Vargas up but Cotto's op is not too shaby either.

Mayweather Castillo fight is a close fight and he cemented his win on the rematch which people tend not to mention it.

Pac was beatin by Morales but then he beatin him badly. But Morales was over from the 3rd Barrera fight to begin with and that was his only win at his end of his career if I could remeber.

didnt see the Marquez fight so won comment. But Marquez sometimes makes a mistake he underestimate some of his oppent like Chris John. I think Marquez went there trying to make a point by wanting to get a KO but Chris John was smart enough not to engage with him and box around. I could tell because Marquez was leading with his right and trying to hit the left hook but didnt work out.

Everybody is beatable they are human after all. And there is a possiablity of getting an L in every fight it normal. People alway make fun of unknown fighters that is going to say he is going to beat some champion or p4p.

For me as long as he believe in himself that is enough. Even fans wont stand behind you.
