He would do... Wouldn't he...American boxer Allan Green, 29, has renewed his calls for a contest with Carl Froch. Green, who came to prominence when knocking out Jaidon Codrington in a single round back in 2005, told the Daily Mail that he will come to Nottingham, Froch’s hometown, and wrest the WBC super-middleweight title from Froch’s grasp [details]
Green's desperate for a pay day...

the miranda of the past would have he's shot now do to his beatings it was easy to tell in the Ward fight he always looked for the big punch but now he doesn't even set it up,if it was before he took that beating from AA he would of gave froch a lot of trouble with the huge right handComment

Green needs to get to the back of the queue.
Froch wants Bute. If that doesn't come off, he'd take a mandatory in England. Who's number 1 contender? None other then Andre Ward.
Green better pray hard if he thinks Froch will fight him next. Froch wants the best fights, which is great for 168. Bute/Kessler/Andrade/Balzay, he'd fight any of them.Comment

Green will put Froch to sleep. Look for Froch to duck him and look for a bigger name that's less dangerous. Froch was in the crowd when he seen Green destroy that dude he fought last.Comment

Are you ******?
How can Froch duck him?Green hasn't done **** to merrit a fight.
And Froch fought on the main event so he couldn't have been in the crowd that night.Comment

I have no doubt that Green would TKo him in the mid rounds. I don't wanna get into a war of words on this but if Green connects and does what Taylor did against Froch, it's over....no heroic comebacks for Froch.
Don't even try useing the Miranda loss to respond to me. That was at 160, somewhere Green shouldn't have been in the first place and he had colon problems. At 168, he is undefeated.Comment
