Cotto fought Michael Jennings after losing to Margarito for f**ks sake..

You dont have to exaggerate Clottey,Cotto ?

How about fighting a147lbs contender seeing as that is the weight you apparently want to campaign at. Forbes is not even a 140lbs naturally, so WTF are talking about?

He is picking on a feather fist because he knows he cant take a shot anymore.

Retire ricky, we dont want u to die and give boxing a bad name.
I doubt he even wants to fight the big boys anymore, but there are still fights, big fights, with the likes of Khan, Bradley, and Campbell.

I want him to retire, but at the end of the day, it's his decision. And Hatton could never give boxing a bad name. He has been involved in two of this decades biggest fights.

Well fighting a feather fist is a pretty good idea if he can't take a shot anymore.....as logic would suggest anyway.

He wants a win for his comeback fight in manchester. He wants to see if he feels better fighting at 147 now then he has in the past. He isn't sure how much he has left and so wants to play it safe for now. Bascially its a tune up fight. If he gets the victory and thinks he still has it and feels good at 147, then he can challenge a contender at the weight. But definitely not now.
