Accomplishment wise he's probably at the same level as Tszyu now. He's not on the level of the other 2 yet, doubt he ever will be honestly.

i a gree with you .. .since i know... those guys have dominate 2 many division compare to cotto...

        with that being said...

        if cotto beats pac...

and mayweather step up and beat him 2 ( which i see really hard that since i really recon mayweather's skills....)

He'd definitely get by Tszyu if he beats one or both of them, he'd be on the same level as them to me if he does because his one loss is a little suspect.

Silencers, you always seem to post good respected reasons behind the outcome's of fight, and am curious who you got if Cotto vs Pac happens at the end of this year instead of may-pac?

I got Pacquiao but I wouldn't bet on it, I just think his speed and awkwardness would be a little too much for Cotto to deal with and he packs some serious pop behind his speed, I think he has enough pop to get Cotto's respect and possible knock him out as the fight goes on. I also think Cotto has one too many holes in his defense for Pacquiao to take advantage of.

Very risky fight for him though because it seems like the fight will be at 145, which is a good weight for Cotto IMO, he made 146 against Clottey and looked very healthy doing it so he should be OK at 145, he has a very good jab, good timing and would definitely be the physically bigger guy by the time of the fight, Pacquiao would probably weigh in light again like he was against DLH and rehydrate to about 148 or 149 while Cotto will be in the 150s so if Cotto can get inside and work that body, Pacquiao is in trouble.

Emanuel Steward is the unknown factor here because he could either introduce some good improvements to Cotto and improve his defense along with his all around technique or he could have a negative effect because of their different styles.

Anyways, it's a really tough fight to call so as I said, I wouldn't bet on it but I'm leaning towards Pacquiao.

Another well put respected post by Silencers, thx man, I got a gift coming your way!

Note: I'm leaning on Cotto by the way, should be awesome fight though regardless of the outcomes. As long as it goes more than 8 rounds.

Cotto is way better than Kostya Tszyu and have a btter resume

I put those guys in this order
                      1.Pacquiao
                      2.mayweather
                      3.Cotto
                      4.Tszyu

Anybody Could say whatever, but Cotto would of made Tsyu look like a bum. Even weight drain Cotto at 140.
