problem is cotto after the ibf eliminator fought kelson pinto for the vacant wbo belt.

you know how the orgs work. the moment he got the wbo belt , the ibf probably booted him off their rankings.

that's how ricky got a shot at kostya's ibf belt after his ibf eliminator fight and cotto didn't.
