i agree. Mosley lost the position due to inactivity. He was no 1 after beating margo, but! He hasn't done anything else while Cotto got another belt, beat the no3 and he would have had the ibf belt also. Is ok his way to the biggest fight f the year while mosley is just talking. In boxing u get the job done in the ring and Cotto is getting it done. He is again the número 1
