Sure Pac deserves the bigger share - but his previous fights were based on DLH and Hatton's fan base - Hatton has an entire country behind him (regardless if he's a fav in a fight or not) Cotto vs Hatton would have done just the same maybe even more...

msg won't be as much money as vegas. vegas casinos pay a lot of money to hold these events. fights in vegas also sell more expensive seats. people that would fly to vegas for a weekend to see a fight might not fly to new york to see a fight.

With a fight like this they shouldnt even be thinking of MSG. Vegas is more accomodating to megafights. The fight atmosphere is alot different compared ot NY who has alot of other **** going on besides the fight. Also, it wouldnt be neutral ground since NY is Cottos home.

I dont think they care of tickets/seats sold. For sure Vegas wouldnt have a problem of selling the venue out. PPV buyrates is all theyre worried about. A Vegas fight can be marketed alot better than in NY.
