He still has great handspeed and I would assume that most of his power is still there. However, as others have pointed out, he has no legs which is a fighter's foundation and vital to his style.

True, i agree that he is not shot but i think he is pretty much past prime. At 40 years old i'm not expecting Roy to fight like he is 30 years old.

I honestly think Roy Jones is actually better than a lot of young fighters out there and can beat them. Calzaghe's work rate was the key to beating Roy. If you don't have work rate you can't beat 40 year old Roy, because he's more cautious now and doesn't even flurry just to not get hit flush so to beat him you can't stop punching and hope to win on the scorecards via being the busier man.
