The Joke Coach Roach has agreed to 145lbs, however, will there be more to this....as in will there be restrictions as to how much Cotto can Re-hydrate to. They may cap his weight at 145lbs and no higher. In which case, it would be more of a fair fight because Cotto comes in at about 160lbs.

Wider frame isn't necesarily better, especially since Cotto has a habit of not closing up his gloves. Pac loves straight punches, Cotto's stance is open to straight punches...get my point?
