Miguel Cotto's defensive guard is his weakness vs pacquiao. He holds both of his fists to the side of his head. It the same guard as erik morales who could never block the straight left. Cotto could never block margarito's uppercuts.

Cotto's defensive guard is susceptible to straight punches & uppercuts. His guard is more geared towards blocking hooks.

Guess what Pacquiao's sunday punch is? straight left. Vs a sationary fighter like clottey cotto was lunging with hooks & was missing pretty badly. How will he deal with Pacquaio's in & out fleet of foot movement?

Cotto will be at 158-160 by fight night so all is good for those worried about Cotto being "weight drained". Honestly though i dont think Cotto should try to come in as heavy as possible for this fight because he needs all the mobility he can get to counter Manny's epic speed! Cotto IMO should try to come in at 155-156 on fight night or i think he will end up being easy picking for Pac. I got Pac winning this by late KO in a epic all time WAR!!!!!!!!!!!!

nah i dont think pac hits harder dlh took 8 rounds of everything pac has to offer and he took it and dlh wasnt blocking for **** either it was like he was jus waiting to get knocked but he couldnt do it he jus made dlh face ugly never came close to dropping him

DLH has always been known to have a granite chin. Pac isn't a one hit KO'er but breaks his opponents down (much like Cotto). Just because DLH threw in the towel doesn't mean he couldn't get knocked out.
