You have to remember, Juanita was never a PPV draw. Floyd was, but with PAC-Flattened, both fighters were huge attractions.

In this instance if he had info that told him that ticket sales were fine do you think he would say that or go with the rumor mill for his own best interest? He is frustrated and trying to get a big fight. Obviously everything he says right now is to try to prove he should get that fight.

It does seem that Golden Boy promotions is delaying the Mayweather fight due to poor ticket sales. It's apparent that Floyd is no longer the "draw" in boxing and has taken a "back-seat" to the ever popular Pacman. Schaefer is in a position to prevent embarrassment from low ticket sales by claiming otherwise. JAT

I'm not rooting for this fight to be unsuccessful at the box office. But it doesn't suprise me if ticket sales were slow because they were over priced. And JMM and Floyd have never done big numbers without a big name opponent.
