Tell me that dehydration is not a problem in boxing and one can see how many fighters have actually died from the beatings in and out of the ring. Especially in the hospital because it was difficult to nurse the boxers back to health due to lack of nutrients and fluids in their bodies. It's very dangerous especially with two trained assassins in the ring. That's the problem I am having with the weight drain issues. Hoya is lucky he wasn't seriously injured in that fight at the rate Manny was teeing off on his a$$.
Thank you for the right answer. Manny wants to fight cotto and the big boys, then take it to his level, otherwise stay fighting the diaz, hatton, marquez, etc

And that LADIES AND GENTLEMEN is THE END!..

BF% is what makes a HUGE case in this matter..to the guy that lost 17lbs in 2mths..great job!..but assuming you're average height saying you're about 5'8-5'10...I'm assuming you probably had about 16+ %BF..and you prolly cut down to about 10-12% with those 17lbs..

That's a great progress but..when these guys have to cut weight...they're aren't cutting FAT..alot of times they have to go in to CUTTING MUSCLE MASS!..and that's what KILLS THESE GUYS!..

I think they all should fight in their own division.
On the other hand an agreement is an agreement. Both sides have the right to refuse and move on. If there is no problem on both sides and they are confident on both sides. Glove up!!!
These are grown men making grown ass decisions. Not to mention they do this for a living. They are surrounded by years of experence. So in the end if one wins or lose do cry about it you knew what was up when you did it.
Got nobody to blame but yourself.
Hell I wanna see a good fight, I dont care if its Manny vs Klitchsko...****it 1234
