Obviously Cotto V Manny.
Think logically, JMM is a natural Super Featherweight/Lightweight. FMJ has fought at Jr. Middleweight before, so this gives him a huge advantage of a naturally smaller man. Although JMM is P4P better than anyone FMJ has ever faced, he is a lot smaller than anyone FMJ has ever fought at Welterweight and so has virtually no chance of winning.
Manny has fought at 147 before, albeit against a shot DLH, but at least he has done it. He's a natural LWW - but he should be able to move up a weight if he fought DLH at that weight (one of the best of his generation) then he should fight Cotto at that weight, especially if it's for the belt. However, it is a bit fairer on Pacquiao, and Cotto is only giving away about a pound as he weighed in around 146 for the Clottey fight. But it's likely to be 144, which Cotto should still make comfortably.

Pacquaio is fighting a real prime welterweight for the first time in his career, if he should blast Cotton who will weigh around 154+ lbs come fight time with KO/TKO, imo he might fight Mosley or Floyd at 147 no doubt. Right now the Mega Fights are on this weight class, the WWs. Should he be successful defeating these 3 welterweights, Bradley, Ortiz fights et.al will already be a Mega Fight potential. And Pacquiao will have no problem going down to 140. Lets get it on!
