Hardly. I like Pascal but the belts at SMW and LHW are pretty scattered around to guys whom aren't really ranked and seen as that great.

Hopkins is still LHW #1, and Kessler SMW #1, and Pascal just doesn't get a look in with those boys. That's difference between holding a belt and really beating a top guy, huge...these days.

Kessler was a double world champ, undefeated in 39 fights before he lost to ol' Slappy. Even without doing **** since he's still considered by most to be the #1 SMW. Pascal ain't a patch on Kessler. He is a very good fighter though, so that's no diss on Pascal, just my opinion.
