How does Froch resume look now Pascal won ?

pascal is a good win for froch, not a great win but a good reputable name that anyone at SMW/LHW would like on their resume. the cynics could argue that maybe pascal was a little green but imo so was froch at the time.

imo though SMW doesn't suit pascal, he looked like he had sacrificed alot at the weigh in and it showed in the fight with froch because he tired by the mid rounds. i think LHW suits him much more, he is more suited to the weight.

i haven't seen the fight with diaconu yet butits be interesting to see how he looks in the fight.

Froch fought a weight-drained Pascal. But doesn't matter I don't think Pascals anything special, I think Dawson beats him in a one-sided fight and probably stops him either early or late. Pascal has been stunned in his last 3 fights. I know Dawson isn't a knockout artist, but it would be the first opponent Pascal fought who has quick hands and may even be quicker than Pascals.

pascal is a very good win, better than kessler. doesnt compare to dawson adamek win though (someone made the comparison). adamek was a truly GREAT win for chad, dominating someone like adamek.

I think he is and that Froch's emphatic win over the tough Canadian is a going to be regarded in the future as a GREAT win.

A great win sure but who is to say that Pascal did not feel better at light heavy than at super middle weight where Froch fought him. He looked like he had plenty of energy and stamina maybe he had trouble making weight at super middle weight, Froch won by ud not by ko either (he is known for being a ko master)

Calzaghe was commenting on the basis of Pascal's record at the time, and even now one alphabelt title, and a vacant one at that, doesn't make a fighter 'world class', certainly compared to someone like Calzaghe.

That said, this was a great win for Pascal against a quality opponent. Froch's resume must be improved as a result, although how much only the future will tell.
